Individual Therapy

All of our therapists have training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy as well as Dialectal Behavioral Therapy. Both of these therapies have extensive research supporting their effectiveness. Video conferencing - Telehealth appointments are available for special situations. We believe face to face appointments are the most effective and we also understand that isn’t always an option for every client. If you are interested in telehealth appointments, ask your therapist if that would be an appropriate option for your care.

Family Therapy

Often families struggle to communicate and connect with each other. In family therapy, we aim to nurture the family’s natural strengths, teach skills to overcome weaknesses, and provide a space for the healing and bonding.

Group Therapy

We are big believers in the power of group therapy. There are specific therapeutic gains that can happen faster and more effectively in group than in individual counseling. Groups are a great place to gain insights into your interpersonal style and build effective communication skills. In group we also have the opportunity to belong to a community that understands and reflects some of our struggles. Its really amazing to see you are not alone and that your perspective is valuable in the lives of fellow travelers.

High School Girl Group with Molly - Learn how to cope effectively with intense emotions, communicate in a way that helps you maintain healthy relationships, and correct thinking patterns that are holding you back. DBT focused.
